Who is responsible if something goes wrong during a visit?

Is my parent's health data shared with anyone?

Your parent's health data is only shared with your designated family members and, where needed for coordination, with healthcare providers you have authorised. We do not sell or share personal health data with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes. All data is encrypted end-to-end and stored in compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP).

How long does a CareMate visit last?

Each visit is a full 60 minutes — a real hour with your parent, not a rushed check-in — covering companionship and conversation, a wellbeing check-in (sleep, appetite, and mood observation), medication reminders, a quick home-safety check, and a full visit report sent to your dashboard. Subscription plans include a set number of visits per month — 1 with Connect, 2 with Companion, and 4 with Guardian.
